PAYMENT TERMS

A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total retreat fee is required at the time of booking in order to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due no later than 30 (thirty) days prior to the start date of the retreat. Failure to remit the remaining balance by the stated deadline may result in forfeiture of the reservation. Payments made by credit card are subject to a 3% processing fee. Payments made by bank transfer, Venmo, check, or cash incur no additional fees. Payment plans may be arranged upon request and are subject to approval.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All payments are strictly non-refundable. In the event that a registered participant is unable to attend, the reservation may be transferred to another individual designated by the participant, subject to prior written notification, at no additional cost. We highly recommend travel insurance that covers trip cancellation.

FORCE MAJEURE

The organizers cannot accept liability or pay any compensation where the prompt performance of contractual obligations is prevented or affected by force majeure. In this Agreement, “force majeure” means any event which River Pilates or the supplier of services in question could not foresee or avoid including but not limited to civil strike, industrial deposit, natural disaster, war, adverse weather conditions and all similar events outside our control.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND AUTHORIZATION

By submitting payment, the participant acknowledges and agrees to all terms and conditions set forth herein. The participant further authorizes River Pilates to charge the credit card or payment method provided for the full amount due including any applicable processing fees. All payments constitute a binding acceptance of these policies and are non-refundable.
